[!IMPORTANT] PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. By accessing our Platform or placing an Order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. You must be at least 18 years old and possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.
1. Definitions

Platform: refers to the TrueAmericanMerch website located at
trueamericanmerch.com, our mobile applications, and all associated services. - TrueAmericanMerch, we, us, or our: refers to SHORELOCK, LLC, a Florida limited liability company that serves as the operator of the Platform and the merchant of record.
- Customer, you, or your: refers to any user who accesses the Platform, browses our products, or places an Order.
- Product: refers to any custom, physical, print-on-demand item (such as apparel, home goods, or accessories) offered for sale on the Platform.
- Order: refers to a confirmed transaction for the purchase of one or more Products on our Platform.
- Fulfillment Partner: refers to third-party printing and manufacturing companies that produce the Products (such as Merchize, ShineOn, or Printify). Our Fulfillment Partners operate facilities in the United States, Vietnam, and China.
- Payment Processor: refers to our third-party payment gateways (such as PayPal or Stripe) that securely process transaction payments.
2. Orders & Seller of Record
2.1 Merchant and Seller of Record
SHORELOCK, LLC is the sole seller and Merchant of Record for every Order placed on this Platform. We appear as the merchant on your order confirmation, receipt, and payment card statements. As the seller of record, we are responsible for fulfillment, customer service, handling disputes, returns, and issuing refunds.
2.2 Order Processing and Acceptance
Your order constitutes an offer to buy. An Order is officially accepted and confirmed only when we send you a confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline, modify, or cancel any Order at our sole discretion (for instance, due to stock issues, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or shipping restrictions). If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, a full refund will be processed immediately.
2.3 Pricing and Currency
All prices displayed on the Platform are in U.S. Dollars (USD). Any applicable local state sales taxes are calculated at checkout and added to the final amount payable.
3. Artwork & Independent Artists
Our products feature unique designs submitted by independent artists. The artist credit (e.g., "Design by [Name]") identifies the creator of the artwork. Regardless of the designer credit, SHORELOCK, LLC remains the seller of record for the physical Product.
4. User Accounts
4.1 Account Registration
You can purchase items on our Platform as a guest or by creating an account. If you register, you must provide accurate, complete information, maintain the security of your password, and notify us at support@trueamericanmerch.com immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
4.2 Age Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this Platform, register an account, or place an Order.
4.3 Termination and Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time without notice if we suspect fraud, abusive behavior, violations of these Terms, or other illegal activities.
5. Products, Pricing, & Billing
5.1 Custom Made-to-Order Products
All Products offered on our website are custom-manufactured on demand after you place an order. Because these items are produced specifically for you, they cannot be returned or refunded due to customer change of mind, buyer's remorse, or sizing errors (please see Section 7 and U.S. statutory rights under Section 9).
5.2 Pricing Adjustments
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Displayed prices exclude shipping fees and local taxes, which are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.
5.3 Payment Gateways
Payments are processed securely via our Payment Processors (Stripe and PayPal). We do not store or have access to your full credit card numbers. If your bank account uses a different currency, your bank may apply exchange rates and conversion fees that are outside our control.
6. Manufacturing, Shipping & Delivery
6.1 Estimated Timelines
- Manufacturing/Production: 3 to 5 business days.
- Shipping Transit: 7 to 14 business days.
- Total Delivery Time: Typically 10 to 19 business days (production + transit). Holiday periods or high order volumes may extend these timelines. All timeframes are estimates and not guarantees.
6.2 Shipping Restrictions
We ship exclusively to addresses within the United States, including PO Boxes, U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO military addresses (extended transit times of 15 to 25 business days apply to these locations).
6.3 Customs and Duties
While most orders are printed domestically, some are manufactured at our international partner facilities. U.S. domestic orders are not subject to import tariffs; however, in the rare event that international shipping generates custom fees, the buyer is responsible for handling them.
6.4 Missing and Damaged Packages
As the seller of record, we are responsible for resolving shipping losses and damages. If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier (defined as 10 consecutive business days without tracking updates), we will issue a replacement or refund.
- Process: Contact support@trueamericanmerch.com with your order number. Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage. Transit losses must be reported within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
7.1 Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to file a return or refund claim.
7.2 Accepted Claims
We issue replacements or refunds for:
- Manufacturing defects (structural flaws, fabric issues, print defects).
- Incorrect items shipped (wrong size, color, or design due to our error).
- Severe shipping damage rendering the item unusable.
- Confirmed lost shipments.
7.3 Excluded Claims
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Customer change of mind or buyer's remorse.
- Sizing or design selection errors made by the customer at checkout.
- Minor, standard print-on-demand variations (see Section 8).
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or are missing original packaging.
- Packages refused by the recipient.
7.4 Request Procedure
Email support@trueamericanmerch.com with your order number, a brief explanation, and supporting photo or video evidence. Most approved claims do not require you to ship the item back. If a return is necessary, we will provide a prepaid label.
7.5 Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. If you do not see the credit after 10 business days, verify your statements, check with your bank, and contact us for assistance.
8. Print-on-Demand Tolerances
Because each item is individually printed, the following variations are standard industry tolerances and do not qualify as defects:
- Color: Variations of 5% to 10% in color hue compared to digital screen previews.
- Sizing: Discrepancies of 1 to 2 inches compared to published size charts.
- Alignment: Minor print placement shifts of up to 0.5 inches.
9. Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any consumer rights that cannot be waived under U.S. federal or state consumer protection laws. If any provision of these Terms conflicts with a non-excludable consumer right under the laws of your state of residence (including California), the statutory right shall prevail.
10. Intellectual Property
10.1 Platform Rights
The Platform's code, structure, layout, brand name, graphics, logos, and software are the exclusive property of SHORELOCK, LLC or its licensors. You are granted a limited, personal, non-commercial license to access the site. You may not scrape, copy, modify, or reuse our IP without written consent.
10.2 User Submissions
If you submit a product review, photo, or comment, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, display, and publish that content for marketing and operational purposes.
11. Intellectual Property Compliance & DMCA Policy
We enforce a strict policy against counterfeit or copyright-infringing goods.
Copyright (DMCA) Notices
If you believe a design on our Platform infringes your copyright, please submit a formal DMCA notice to our Designated Agent:

Your notice must comply with 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3) and contain: your contact info, description of the copyrighted work, URL of the infringing product, a good-faith statement, and your physical or electronic signature.
12. Warranties & Liability Limitations
12.1 Platform Disclaimer
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. SHORELOCK, LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE PLATFORM ITSELF. THIS DOES NOT AFFECT OUR CONTRACTUAL RESPONSIBILITIES FOR PRODUCT QUALITY, ORDER FULFILLMENT, AND STATUTORY CONSUMER RIGHTS.
12.2 Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SHORELOCK, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA). OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF AN ORDER IS STRICTLY LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THAT SPECIFIC ORDER.
13. Dispute Resolution & Legal Proceedings
13.1 Resolution Process
- Step 1: Contact support@trueamericanmerch.com to resolve issues. We respond within 24 business hours.
- Step 2: If unresolved after 7 days, request a manager review in your support thread.
- Step 3: If unresolved after 30 days, submit a formal dispute to support@trueamericanmerch.com for executive review.
13.2 Governing Law and Venue
These Terms and all disputes arising from your use of the Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without giving effect to conflict of laws principles. Any legal actions or proceedings must be filed exclusively in the Federal or State courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
13.3 Jury and Class Action Waiver
BOTH PARTIES KNOWINGLY AND VOLUNTARILY WAIVE THEIR RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN CLASS, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE LAWSUITS.
14. General Provisions
- Entire Agreement: These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Return Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us.
- Amendments: We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be accompanied by an email notification or site notice before taking effect.
- Severability: If any portion of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining sections will continue in full force.
